Between 4th July and 24th July 2017, the hospital’s main entrance housed a rather out of place teepee, filled with fairy lights, sofas, bean bags and cushions. We know that hospitals are pretty emotional places; people are being born, losing lives and loved ones, delivering or being given bad news (or good!). Nobody should have to handle this stuff on their own.
The teepee offered a place of comfort for staff, patients and visitors to look out for each other and have each other’s backs.
Watch out for where the teepee lands next! #teepeeontour
