Royal Society Of Edinburgh Report

The Camerados Movement has featured in a new report commissioned by the Royal Society of Edinburgh’s Post-Covid Futures Commission and published in partnership with Support in Mind Scotland (SiMS).

The report looks at ways that alternatives to services, like Public Living Rooms, can be used so folk draw less on traditional services and seek other non-medical ways to get through tough times. The movement is mentioned on page 26 of the report as a way of  lowering isolation and stress without the need for formal evaluation.
